Do you offer design-build services?
Yes. If you do not have plans yet, our design-build service puts design, engineering, permitting and construction under one team and one contract. One design-build home in Campbell was completed in under 12 months from start to finish.

How long does it take to build a detached ADU?
It depends on size, site and permitting. As one example, we designed and built a 1,000 sq ft detached ADU in about 5 months of construction.

Do you handle permits?
Yes. We manage plans, permit submittals and inspections with the local building department, whether that is Campbell, San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga or another Bay Area city.
